Goals

They say if you don't write your goals down, then they are just ideas. So...here goes:
  1. 1. Train for an entire year INJURY FREE
  2. 2. Strength train at least 3x per week for an entire training cycle
  3. 3. Run a sub 23:00 minute 5k
  4. 4. Run a sub 50 minute 10k
  5. 5. Run a Sub 1:50 Half Marathon
  6. 6. Run a full marathon by the end of 2018
